Information collected
Remz may receive your name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing address, enquiry details, jewellery preferences, photographs or design references you choose to provide, and records relating to quotations, orders, repairs, payments, delivery, and returns.
The website stores basket, favourites, recently viewed items, and privacy choices locally in your browser. Remz does not currently use advertising or analytics trackers.

How long information is kept
Enquiry records that do not become an order are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last contact. Order, invoice, payment, and accounting records may be retained for up to 6 years, or longer where the law requires. Repair and commission records may be retained where reasonably necessary to provide continuing aftercare or establish the history of a piece.
Information stored in your browser remains until you remove it using your browser controls or clear site data.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to its use. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. These rights are not absolute and some do not apply where information must be retained by law.
