01
Orders and prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email after payment. If a piece is unavailable or a price was clearly shown in error, we will contact you and offer a correction or a full refund. Product photography is as accurate as possible, but handmade pieces and screens vary, so small differences in tone and finish are normal.
02
Payment
Payment is taken securely through Stripe, which may also offer Apple Pay and Klarna. Remz never sees or stores your full card details. Pieces remain the property of Remz Jewellery until paid for in full.
03
Delivery
Fast UK delivery is fully insured and requires a signature. Express delivery is typically within 2 business days, with standard insured delivery within 5 business days, from the date the piece is ready to send. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces take longer; we will agree a timeline with you before work begins.
04
Returns and cancellation
For ready-made pieces bought online, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery and return the piece within a further 14 days for a full refund, provided it is unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving. Bespoke, personalised, resized, or engraved pieces are made to your specification and cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty. Faulty items are always repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
05
Bespoke commissions and repairs
Bespoke work begins after a written quotation and design are agreed and any deposit is paid. Deposits cover design time and materials and are non-refundable once making has begun. Repairs are quoted after inspection; we will always confirm the price with you before starting work.
06
Hallmarking and authenticity
Qualifying precious-metal pieces are independently assayed and hallmarked in accordance with the UK Hallmarking Act 1973. Descriptions of metal, fineness, and stones are given in good faith and checked before sale.
07
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, though we will always tell you promptly and agree a way forward. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
